Livelihood Support
The challenge of unemployment and lack of stable income affects the majority of the populations in rural areas. We focus on developing sustainable livelihood programs that empower individuals, particularly marginalized communities like the fishermen living near the Narmada River. In Alirajpur district, we have introduced cooperative models, enabling these communities to market their fish and dairy products. Our programs provide training, resources, and access to markets, allowing them to build a stable income and improve their living standards.
Women Empowerment
Women's empowerment is at the heart of our mission. In many of the areas we serve, women are subjected to various forms of discrimination and violence. We believe that empowering women is key to creating a more equitable society. Our programs focus on improving women's access to education, livelihood opportunities, and health services. We organize awareness programs and workshops to educate women about their rights and provide them with the skills they need to become economically independent. Through self-help groups and cooperative models, we are enabling women to become agents of change in their communities.
Education
We believe that education is the most powerful tool for lifting people out of poverty. As part of our education initiative, we have established 6 libraries in the Rewa district and are working to establish 4 more in the near future. These libraries serve as learning centers for children and young adults, providing access to books and resources that are otherwise unavailable in these remote areas. Beyond literacy, we aim to create a culture of lifelong learning and critical thinking among the youth, preparing them for a future where they can pursue higher education and skilled employment.
Healthcare Access
Access to basic healthcare remains a significant challenge in the rural regions we serve. We focus on providing health education, preventive care, and medical assistance to vulnerable populations. In collaboration with healthcare professionals and local governments, we conduct health camps, offer immunizations, and provide nutritional support to malnourished children. Our health programs also address maternal and child health, with special attention to reproductive health and early childhood nutrition.

Eradication of Poverty
Our overarching goal is to eradicate poverty in the communities we serve. This requires a multi-faceted approach, addressing the root causes such as lack of education, unemployment, poor health services, and gender inequality. By integrating our efforts across education, health, and livelihood, we strive to break the cycle of poverty and create a pathway to prosperity for all.
Skill Development
Many in rural communities possess traditional skills that are undervalued in modern markets. We work to preserve these skills while also offering training in modern trades that align with current market demands. Our vocational training centers offer courses in tailoring, carpentry, and digital literacy, providing participants with the tools they need to seek meaningful employment or start their own businesses. Through partnerships with local industries, we help place trainees in stable jobs or offer microloans for entrepreneurial ventures.
